Pertama saya mengenal Bozzard adalah melalui sebuah kegiatan file transfer dari teman saya yang juga merupakan kerabat dari band itu sendiri. Dan track yang diberipun membuat saya terpana karena Bozzard sendiri memadukan sound sludge kotor ala The Melvins yang dipadukan sedikit stoner rock ala Kyuss dan High on Fire.
Terlebih yang menjadi nilai tambah dalam E.P. ini adalah teknik perekaman yang didesain dengan sound yang kotor dan berat yang menciptakan estetika tersendiri jika mendengarkan tembang-tembang seperti ini. Tentu jika anda merupakan pecinta sludge/stoner rock maka rilisan ini merupakan bingkisan manis yang pas didengar pada waktu "high" anda!
For the first time I recognize Bozzard through a transfering file activity from a friend of mine which is also held a good relationship to the band. And the given tracks was got my intension cause it mixes the dirty sludge sound of The Melvins with the taste of stoner rock like Kyuss and High On Fire. More over the recording technique which picks the dirty and heavy sound has created an epic atmosphere to the music. Certainly, if you're a sludge/stoner rock lover then the release is a sweet gift to fit your "high" time!
